Return Policy
Good quality goods must be returned within 30 days from the date they are received.
The refund is made to your bank account within 5-30 working days (the period depends on the bank that issued your bank card).

Shipping of Cedar Factory products around the world
- Tomsk — courier delivery cost starts from 180 rubles. Delivery is carried out on weekdays from 6pm to 8pm
- Customer pickup from the factory. Notify us in advance of the planned pickup. Our staff will meet you as you arrive to pick up your order.
- Other cities and settlements of Russia — delivery to the pick-up point or to the door is carried out mainly by OZON Rocket or SDEC.
- Shipping abroad! Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram or request a callback. Our managers will calculate individually the cost of shipping using prices of the shipping companies.
- Also, if necessary, we can dispatch your order by Russian Post or coordinate the approval of individual courier delivery for an additional fee.
Terms of delivery
- Delivery around Russia takes 7-14 days.
- We deliver around Tomsk on the following day, except weekends.
- We calculate the terms of shipping around the world individually. We will contact you as soon as you place an order.
- Express delivery usually takes 1-3 days. Contact us and we’ll calculate it individually.
